BC 600 PU Sealant is a moisture-curing elastic sealant for construction joints and perimeter sealing. The supplied TDS describes a UV-protected formulation with adhesion to common building substrates and resistance to water and salt spray after curing.

Application & Performance
How It's Applied
Joint faces must be sound, clean and dry, free of oil and dust. Check adhesion on unusual or highly porous substrates and prime where the verified detail requires it. Apply with a suitable 600 ml sausage gun and tool firmly against the joint faces to produce a continuous seal. Select joint width, depth and backing detail for the movement requirement.

Technical Data
At 23°C and 50% RH, skin formation is 60-150 minutes and curing progresses about 2-3 mm per day. Allow sufficient cure before exposure.
