DESCRIPTION

BCCI-201 is a two component Acrylic cementitious waterproofing Coating it is designed for the cost effective Waterproofing for all kind of internal and external masonry and concerete surface.

APPLICATION

Mixing proportion : 15 kg : 5 kg addictive: (0-1 )kg water
Use a brush or roler to apply the slurry onto the substrate and spread evenly
The second coat is applied after the first layer is dried and spread vertically.

CURRING

The freshly applied BCCI-201 shall be protected from rain, dirt, oil grease or other loose particle for at least 8 hours. It is foot trafficable after 24 hours and resistant to light mechanical stress after 3 days. Permenant water pressure resistance shall be achieved after a full hardening of 12 days .

PROCESSING

Surface Preparation

Preparation The surface to be coated must be clean and sound remove all traces of formwork, release agents, previous coating, laitance and any other contaminants that may affect the bond adhesively.

MIXING

BCCI-201 is supplied in premeasured units and should be mixed on site using clean container. Slowly add the powder to the liquid and mix using manual mixing or a slow speed drill fitted

COVERAGE

Approximate 0.5 to 0.8 kg/m2 per coat. 2 coats are required .

PACKING

BCCI-201 is packed in 20 Kg set. Powder - 15 K Additive Liquid - 5 Kg

MATERIALS SOURCING

BCCI-201 has a shelf life of 12 months. Store all materials in cool and dry place.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

All Materials are imported from Germany, China, Dubai. Formulated & packed in Pakistan

HEALTH AND SAFETY

BCCI-201 contains a cements which may cause skin irritation. For personal precaution, protective gloves and goggles are recommended to be worn during handling of this product. If product contacts with eyes, flush immediately with clean water and seek medical assistance if symptoms prolong.
